ScrapAuto collects only the information needed to prepare a vehicle offer and arrange contact or pickup. This may include your name, phone number, general pickup area or postal code, vehicle details, preferred contact method and any notes you choose to provide.

How we use your information

We use submitted information to evaluate the vehicle, contact you about your request, arrange pickup when requested, prevent misuse of the form and keep basic business records. We do not use quote requests for unrelated marketing.

Service providers

Form information may be processed by service providers that help deliver the request to ScrapAuto. We limit the information collected to what is reasonably needed for the quote.

Retention and protection

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the quote, pickup, legal obligations and business records. We take reasonable measures to protect it, but no internet transmission is completely risk-free.

Your choices

You may request access to or correction of your information, or ask us to delete information that we are not required to keep. You can also choose to call instead of using the online form.
